While the staff was friendly, I did find the overall experience a bit lacking in terms of amenities; you know how I adore cozy comforts when I'm on the road. One standout feature was the bar-perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings with a view of the mountains. Plus, with free WiFi and spacious rooms equipped with TVs and DVD players, we could easily relax in the evenings. If you're near Gyumri and looking for a home base, it's definitely worth considering, but just don't expect too much beyond the essentials.
